Crow Pose - Bakasana - a fun and challenging pose for intermediate level students:
1. Palms flat, fingers spread.
2. Work your knees up as far into your armpits as possible.
3. Bend your arms enough to make a little shelf with your upper arms/elbows to rest your shins on.
4. Lean forward, weight into your hands, shins resting on your tricep muscles.
5. Lift your feet, lift through your core, push through your arms.
Fly baby fly!

Tip
If your feet refuse to the leave the floor, start with your feet on a block or other height to give you a boost. If this pose is hard on your wrists, try curling the fingers a bit and use more hand strength.
