Yes it is true! Full length and real time yoga classes will soon be available here. We are videoing real classes and inviting you to play along. Ever tried to take one of those classes that a teacher clearly recorded while sitting alone in a room? I have, and I have to say I’ve never enjoyed it. If that is what you are looking for, there are plenty out there. I am appealing here to the people who would love to have the energy of a room full of people working together, but either live in a place where that isn’t available or have responsibilities or a schedule that won’t allow as many collective energy classes as you would like. We want to offer you the experience of practicing yoga in your own space, but feeling like you have the power of the collective with you.
